CONSULTATION DEPOSIT

A $50 refundable deposit is required to secure your consultation time.

This deposit is fully refunded when you attend your scheduled appointment.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to retain refund eligibility.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

ELIGIBILITY

This consultation applies to veneer and crown-based smile makeovers.

Treatment suitability is determined following clinical assessment.

Accessing superannuation for dental treatment is subject to eligibility criteria under applicable regulations.
